Crash on GfxDevice::UpdateBufferRanges when creating Sky and Fog Settings Profile asset
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached project "Oblivion_Legion.zip"
2. Create a "Sky and Fog Settings Profile" asset
Expected result: Editor does not crash
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2019.4.12f1
Could not test (not reproducible on my end) - 2018.4, 2020.1, 2020.2, 2021.1
