Crash on D3D12RenderSubPassInfo::Begin when creating a new "Universal 3D sample" project
Reproduction steps:
1. Create and open a project with the “Universal 3D sample“ (com.unity.template.3d-cross-platform-17.0.14.tgz) template
2. Observe the crash
Reproducible with: 6000.1.0f1, 6000.1.1f1, 6000.1.3f1
Reproducible on: Windows 10 (19H1, 19H2, 22H2), Windows 11 (21H2, 23H2, 24H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Notes:
- Not reproduced by CQA
- All known crashes with this stack trace are on Windows 10 and Windows 11
- All known duplicates consist of Intel integrated GPUs
