Crash on Component_Get_Custom_PropGameObject when exiting Play mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Move the Animator tab near the Project and Console tabs
3. Select "NPC" -> "Human" in the Hierarchy
4. Enter Play mode
5. Wait for 1 minute
6. Exit play mode
7. Observe the crash
Reproducible with: 2021.3.1f1, 2021.3.3f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.2f1, 2021.3.4f1, 2022.1.3f1, 2022.2.0a15
Couldn't test with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.35f1 (Console errors)

1. Crash may not occur on the first try - in that case, repeat Steps 4-6, but wait for 5 minutes on Step 5
