Crash on CollectObjectHierarchyWithHideFlagFilter when saving prefab after failed Assertion
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the Prefab view of "Ybot Variant" prefab
3 Add Capsule GameObject into the prefab
4. Save prefab (Error is thrown)
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4
Actual result: Unity crashes.
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0a1, 2019.1.0a14, 2018.3.3f1, 2018.3.0b10.
Regression introduced in: 2018.3.0b10.
Not reproducible with: 2018.3.0b1, 2018.3.0b9.
Notes:
When saving prefab the first time, error is thrown:
Assertion failed on expression: '!(m_Object.find(fileID) != m_Object.end() && m_Types[m_Object.find(fileID)->second.typeID].GetPersistentTypeID() != objectPersistentTypeID)'

Unity doesn't crash anymore but the error breaks prefabs. Able to reproduce as of 2018.3.4f1
