Crash on ClothScene::ProcessComponentUpdates when entering play mode after editing Cloth Collision Points

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "CrashRepro"
2. Double-click on the cloth cape in the scene view window
3. Click on the “Edit cloth self/inter-collision“ button twice in the Cloth component
4. Enter the play mode

Expected result: Play mode starts
Actual result: Editor crashes

Reproducible with: 2022.3.62f1, 6000.0.51f1, 6000.1.10f1, 6000.2.0b7, 6000.3.0a1

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
