Crash on `anonymous namespace'::PrepareTreesAndWriteWindParamsJobData::Execute when entering Play Mode on a specific project
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-87021“ project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Observe the crash
Reproducible with: 6000.0.24f1, 6000.1.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.51f1
Reproduced on: Windows 11
Not reproduced on: M2 Mac (6000.1.0a2)
Notes:
* Could not determine the exact regression point due to project changes after downgrading
* Regression between 2023.3.0b8 and 6000.0.0f1
