Crash in ForwardShaderRenderLoop::PerformRendering when switching to 'Clustering' or 'Lit Clustering' scene view mode
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open 'scene1'
3. Bake lightmaps
4. Open scene view window, select 'Clustering' in the view mode dropdown menu
5. Click a few times with mouse anywhere inside the scene view
6. Editor will crash
