CPU Profiler Timeline's thread UI overlay gradient becomes offset when the Profiler Window is resized
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "ProfilerThreadUIVisualGlitch.zip"
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Resize the Profiler Window vertically with the mouse
Expected result: the CPU Profiler Timeline's UI resizes correctly

Reproducible with: 2018.10f1, 2019.1.0b8, 2019.2.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.24f1 (no gradients are used in the CPU Profiler Timeline)
