CPU lag spike when using Component.GetComponentsForListInternal()
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open scene Assets/Test
3. Open the Game view and press the Play button
4. In the top left corner of the Game view, click the "Reparent" button
5. Observe the Console
Expected result: reparenting takes from 0.2 to 0.35 seconds to process
Actual result: lag spike lasts from 1 to 1.8 seconds, three to six times longer than non-regressed versions
Reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.13f1, 2020.3.16f1, 2021.1.10f1, 2021.1.17f1, 2021.2.0a18, 2021.2.0b7, 2022.1.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.12f1, 2021.1.9f1, 2021.2.0a17
