CPU feature checks (Avx.IsAvxSupported) are ignored when building projects
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-82889” project
2. Select File → Build Settings
3. Build the project
4. Observe the result
Expected result: The build succeeds without errors
Actual result: The build fails and throws exceptions related to AVX features
Reproducible in: 1.8.9(2021.3.32f1, 2022.3.13f1), 1.8.17 (2021.3.43f1, 2022.3.43f1, 6000.0.16f1)
Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

Resolution Note (fix version 1.8.18):
There was an issue with the code designed to filter out cpu features, when branches were present that did not involve those checks. The algorithm has been updated to ensure it no longer attempts to combine the values of incoming blocks, until the blocks are known
