[Coverage] Coverage api returns no sequence points for switch expression
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Make sure that code coverage is enabled
3. Open Test Runner and run ATestSimplePasses test
4. Inspect CovTest class in generated coverage report
Notice that part of switch expression (lines 1 => 1 and _ => 0) in switch_constant_pattern method shows up as not coverable.
Reproduced with: 2020.3.21f1, 2021.1.26f1
