Copying and pasting selected text copies an additional letter that is not selected
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Select any part of a text the editor (e.g. "sometext123 from "sometext1234")
3. Copy and paste it anywhere
Expected result: sometext123
Actual result: sometext1234
Reproduced on 2019.1.0a10, 2019.1.0a11
Not reproduced on 2019.1.0a9
