Copied tracks lose track binding
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached “TimelineTracks.zip” Unity project
2. Open “Main” scene
3. Select “Timeline” object in Hierarchy
4. Open Window->Timeline
5. Duplicate first animation track
Expected results:
Copied track is identical
Actual results:
Copied track loses track binding
Reproduced in: 2018.2.0a1, 2018.1.0b5, 2017.3.0p4, 2017.2.1p2, 2017.1.3f1, 2017.1.0b1

By design:
Track binding is not copied because in most cases a different binding is required.

what does by design mean?
Is it designed to mess up copied tracks because everytime I open / close a scene any tiles made via duplication are corrupted.
