[Contextual Menu] New context menu can sometimes have multiple items highlighted
With the new context menus, the menu can get in a state where multiple items on the same menu are highlighted. I've only had this happen when moving quickly, but it could indicate missing event processing.
Repro:
- Create a project
- Right click the hierarchy view to open a context menu
- Highlight an item with a sub menu so the sub menu opens
- Mouse back and forth between the menu and sub menu. Don't be picky about the items you mouse between.
Result: The parent menu can have an active (blue) highlight and inactive (grey) highlight while the sub menu will have an active (blue) highlight
Expected: The parent menu should not have an inactive highlight
Builds tested: 2023.3.0a12, 2023.3.0a11, 2023.2.0b15
OS tested: macOS (This may be cross-platform. I haven't tested Windows and Linux.)
