[Contextual Menu] Keyboard shortcuts shift position in the context menu
Repro:
- Create a new project.
- In Project view, Right-Click -> Create -> Timeline.
- Open the timeline window. (Window -> Sequencing -> Timeline)
- View the timeline you created in step 2.
- Add an activation track.
- Anywhere on the track, Right-Click -> Editing
- Change where you right click on the track a few times
Expected Result: Keyboard shortcuts should be right aligned and in the same position every time.
Actual Result: Keyboard shortcuts don't stay in the same position - they move around depending on where you clicked in the track. See attached GIF.

Reproducible in: 2023.2.0b3.
Not Reproducible in 2022.3.1f1 (different context menu visually). Did not regression test any further, marking as not a regression.
Notes:
- While the repro steps are done in Timeline, this seems like a context menu issue.
- Tested on Windows 10.
