Contextual menu can be opened when right-clicking the scrollbar on the VFX Graph's Blackboard
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project and install the VFX package
2. In the Project window, right-click -> Create -> Visual Effects -> Visual Effect Graph -> Any VFX Graph
3. In the Blackboard, right-click on the scrollbar and observe the results
Expected results: Contextual menu doesn't open
Actual results: Contextual menu opens
Reproducible with: 6000.0.69f1, 6000.3.10f1, 6000.4.0b11, 6000.5.0a8
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 24, macOS Tahoe 26
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
