[ComputeBuffer] .mdb with .dll causes Compute Buffer to become unbound
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. In the Project view, drop the Shader 'ReadBuffer' onto 'Material'
3. Drop 'Material' onto 'Cube' in the Hierarchy
4. Press Play and notice that the cube is green
5. Defocus the editor window, notice that the cube changes to black
6. Stop the scene
7. Delete either 'TestDll.dll' or 'TestDll.dll.mdb' and Play
8. Notice that the cube no longer changes to black
Workaround: Resetting the buffer in Update (Toggle 'Enable Fix' in 'GameObject')
Expected: Buffer stays the same and cube doesn't change
Reproduced with: 5.4.0b15, 5.3.4p3, 5.2.3p3

Resolution Note:
Reloading any asset results in materials being Awoken, which clears the non-serialized state like ComputeBuffer references.
We expect that script code has to ensure it is assigned correctly every frame or after asset import changes have occurred.
