'Compress Assets on Import' setting gets enabled each time a player is built
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Open Unity preferences and make sure 'Compress Assets on Import' is unchecked
3. Close the preferences window and build the empty project into a player
4. Once the build is complete, open the preferences window again
Expected result: 'Compress Assets on Import' setting is still disabled
Actual result: 'Compress Assets on Import' setting is now enabled
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a10, 2019.4.11f1, 2020.1.7f1, 2020.2.0b4
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.27f1, 2019.3.0a9
