Colored pixel artifacts are visible when inspecting a Tile Palette
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-submitted project
2. Open and observe the Tile Palette window (Window > 2D > Tile Palette)
Expected result: No artifacts are visible in the Tile Palette window
Actual result: Colored pixel artifacts are visible in the Tile Palette window
Reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.16f1, 2021.1.17f1, 2021.2.0b8, 2022.1.0a5
