Color Picker does not change color when using a predefined color with rgb values greater than 1
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project named "Case_1134852"
2. Try to change the color of the "Undefined Color" parameter in the ColorTester gameObject. Color change works as intended
3. Try to change the color of the "Predefined Color" parameter in the ColorTester gameObject
Expected result: Color picker works as intended
Actual result: Color picker only allows to chose primary colors (Track_1134852_V1)
Reproducible with: 2018.1.0a5, 2018.2.21f1, 2018.3.9f1, 2019.1.0b7, 2019.2.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.23f1, 2018.1.0a4
Notes:
When using 2017.4 or early 2018.1 versions an error message is thrown and values in the Color constructor that greater than 1 are normalized(Track_1134852_V2)
