Color banding after calling OnRenderImage after the PostProcessingStack
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Wait until the scene bakes
3. Play the scene
4. Notice the banding issue after the scene is played
Expected result: color banding should not occur when the scene is played
Reproduced in: 2017.2.0a4, 2017.1.0b10, 5.6.2f1, 5.6.0b11
Not reproduced in: 5.6.0b10, 5.5.4p1
Regression since: 5.6.0b11
