Collision2D isn't detected while scaling the object
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Open and play the "_01" scene
3. Observe the console and notice that collisions are detected
4. Click and hold on one of the blue balls (hold until the balls collide)
5. Notice that while scaling collisions aren't detected
Actual result: Collisions aren't detected while scaling the object.
Expected result: Collisions should be detected even when the objects are scaled at the same time.
Workaround: Change the collision detection to "Continuous".
Reproduced on: 5.3.0f4, 5.4.0a5
Doesn't reproduce on: 5.2.1f1
