Yes
Collision is detected only by one out of two script components
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open test5 scene
3. Select sphere game object
4. Notice that On Collision (Script) is attached twice on Sphere game object
5. Press play
6. Notice that OnCollision message in console is printed out only once
On Collision script prints out OnCollision message when objects collide. This script is attached twice on sphere, so OnCollision message should be printed out twice when sphere hits cube.
