Colliders are not being updated when the Editor loses focus
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached project
2. Open Assets\Scenes\SampleScene Scene
3. Select AnimatedCube in the Hierarchy
4. Open the Animation Window
5. Play the Animation
6. Click away from the Editor causing it to lose focus
Expected result: The Object is still fully animated
Actual result: The Sprite is animated, but the Collider is not updated anymore
Reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.4.20f1, 2020.2.4f1, 2021.1.0b7, 2021.2.0a4
Notes:
3D Collider gizmos are still updated, but the "World Center of Mass" isn't changing

Resolution Note:
This was always like this, in order to save battery/cpu power consumption, fixed updates are not called if the editor is in the background.
