[Colliders 2D] Edge collider behaves differently from other colliders when affected by surface effector
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open EdgeCollider scene
3. Notice that there is object with Surface effector set to negative speed and four different 2d colliders
4. Press play
5. Enable box, circle, polygon colliders
6. Notice that box, circle and polygon colliders goes to left side as expected
7. Enable edge collider
8. Notice that it goes to right side even if surface effector is set to negative value
