Collab Publish text is no longer interactive after it has been refocused
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project and prepare it for Collaborate
2. Enter something into the 'Publish now!' input text field
3. Unfocus the collaborate window so it disappears
4. Open the collaborate window again
5. Try to enter something into the same input field
Expected results: New text is written
Actual results: Unable to edit the input field anymore
Reproducible with: 2018.4.10f1, 2019.2.7f2, 2019.3.0b5, 2020.1.0a7 on Windows or Linux
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.4f1 on Mac
Regression from 2018.4.4f1 to 2018.4.5f1
