Code field is not fully visible when UI Toolkit Samples window is resized to be smaller
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a project
2. Create > UI Toolkit > Panel Settings Asset
3. Select any of the sections that have code field (ex. ListView)
4. Resize window to be smaller
5. Observe the text in the code field
Actual results: Text is cut off and it’s not possible to scroll sideways to read it
Expected results: Code field can be scrolled sideways to read the code
Reproducible with versions: 2021.3.51f1, 2022.3.61f1, 6000.0.47f1, 6000.1.0b15, 6000.2.0a9
Tested on (OS): macOS Sequoia 15.3.1 (Intel), Ubuntu 24
