CocoaPods installation fails when building project
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached Project "Pod install error demo.zip"
2. Build the Project for iOS
3. Observe the Console
Expected result: The Console does not contain any Errors
Actual result: The following Error is thrown in the Console:
"iOS framework addition failed due to a CocoaPods installation failure. This will will likely result in an non-functional Xcode project."
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a12, 2022.1.13f1, 2022.2.0b4, 2023.1.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.38f1, 2021.3.8f1, 2022.1.0a11
