Clicking on array elements while holding the control key shifts the array order
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. In the hierarchy click on the object with a reorderabe list script attached to it
3. In the Inspector ctrl+click on one of the array element's title/drag handle
4. Observe the order of the array
Expected result: Control clicking is used for selecting multiple array elements and should not mess with the array's order
Actual result: Control clicking on the drag handle/element's title shifts the array's order
Reproducible in: 2021.2.0a1, 2021.1.0a10,
Not reproducible: 2021.1.0a9, 2020.2.0f1
