Clear flags set to "depth-only" is clearing the color buffer if a non-standard viewport rect is set.
Reproducible on 4.6.0f1, 4.6.3f1, 5.0.0f4;
Repro pictures:
Viewport set to [0, 0, 1.1, 1]; clear flags to "depth only"; color buffer is being cleared while it shouldn't.

Repro steps:
1. open project "15920_-_Scissor_render.zip";
2. Press play, select object "Main Camera" and change its "Viewport Rect" to [0,0,1,1].
