Cinemachine Virtual Camera Transform values change when interacting with Game view
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “repro-project“
2. Open the “SampleScene“ Scene
3. Click on the Game view
Expected result: Nothing changes in the Game view
Actual result: “Main Camera” Transform values start changing causing the Game view to get distorted
Reproduced with: 2.8.9 (2021.3.24f1), 2.9.7 (2020.3.47f1, 2021.3.24f1, 2022.2.19f1, 2023.1.0b16), 3.0.0-pre.7 (2023.1.0b16, 2023.2.0a15)
Reproduced on: macOS 13.0.2 (Intel), Windows 10 (user reported)
Notes:
- Changing “Body“ and “Aim“ parameters of “CM vcam1“ GameObject affects the Game view distortion
- Can’t test Player because of compiler errors

Resolution Note:
This is user error. The vcam 's position drives the transform of the main camera with the Brain. If the vcam is a child of the main camera, this creates a circular dependency.
Solution: unparent the vcam from the main camera. The main camera, the vcams, and the vcam targets should all be separate GameObjects, not parented to each other.
