[Cinemachine] Using RemoveMember() sets the last member of the Target Group to null
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "case_1119028-CinemachineRemoveMember.zip" project
2. Enter Play mode
3. Select the "TargetGroup" game object in the Hierarchy
4. Press the button to remove the second member in the Target Group
Expected results: The second member gets removed
Actual results: The second member gets removed and the last member gets set to null
Reproducible with Unity versions: 2018.3.3f1, 2019.1.0b1, 2019.2.0a2
Reproducible with Cinemachine versions: 2.1.13, 2.3.3
