Cinemachine Tool Settings overlay does not show anything
Reproduction Steps:
# Create new project and install Cinemachine 3.0.0
# In Scene tab burger menu open Overlay Menu, enable Cinemachine Tool Settings
# [Issue 1] Observe that the Overlay does not show anything, only title
# Right click the overlay -> Collapse
# [Issue 2] Try to click on Cinemachine collapsed icon to expand - nothing happens
# [Issue 3] After expanding, alt-tab to other window and come back to unity. Observe Console:
FocusController has unprocessed focus events. Clearing.
