[Cinemachine] CameraBrain.VcamActivatedEvent type needs IntelliSense comments to identify and describe Event parameters
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("case_1232337-CinemaMachineComments.zip")
2. Open the "NewBehaviourScript.cs" script from the Project tab
3. Mouse-over "CameraBrain.VcamActivatedEvent" type to see comments
Expected result: 'CameraBrain.VcamActivatedEvent' has IntelliSense comments
Actual result: the IntelliSense comments are missing
Reproducible with: 2018.4.21f1, 2019.3.9f1, 2020.1.0b5, 2020.2.0a7
Couldn't test with 2017.4 (package is not supported)
Reproducible with package versions: 2.2.7, 2.6.0-preview.2
