Child count doesn't decrease when Destroying them with a script
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "Minimalrepro.zip" project
2. Enter Play mode
3. Look at the output in the Console window
Expected Result: The last 2 outputs should be: 4 and 0
Actual Result: The last 2 outputs are: 4 and 4
Reproduced with: 2018.2.0a1 (9dd3a0), 2018.1.0b7, 2017.3.1p1, 2017.2.1p4, 2017.1.3p1, 5.6.5p2
