Checking/Unchecking "Mipmaps" breaks the mipmaps
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open Test scene
3. Select cubemap_arctic in project view
4. Check/Uncheck Mipmaps checkbox and see the effect it has on the sphere in the scene (nothing, it will always select mipmap level 0, as there are no mipmaps after that change).
