Checkboxes in UI Toolkit Samples window are blue
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “Text-Preview.zip“ project
2. Open Styles tab in UI Toolkit Samples window
3. Observe the checkboxes while clicking on different tabs in UI Toolkit Samples window and/or moving it around the screen
Expected result: Checkboxes have outline and have different backgrounds
Actual result: All checkboxes are same shade of blue
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a20, 2023.1.0a21
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.42f1, 2021.3.15f1, 2022.2.1f1, 2023.1.0a19, 2023.1.0a22, 2023.1.0a26
Reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.6 (Intel)
