[CharacterController] Character controller doesn't get grounded even if collision happens
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "Grounded.zip"
2. Open scene "repro"
3. Run scene
4. Open console and notice that it's being filled with "False" - this is value of isGrounded. Also notice that "Hit" is printed. This means that CharacterController collided with "Wagon"
Expected result: After "Hit" - isGrounded is set to True
5. Multi-Select "Capsule" and "Wagon" in hierarchy
6. Move these objects closer to origin (0, 0, 0)
7. Run scene
8. Notice that after "Hit" is printed, isGrounded is set to true - this is expected behavior
Regression introduced with Unity 5
