Character Joints transforms get distorted when a ragdoll is created using the Ragdoll Wizard
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “TurnBased_Strategy.zip” project
2. Double click on the “UnitRagdoll” GameObject in the Hierarchy
3. Press the Pause button in the Toolbar
4. Enter the Play mode
5. Step through the Play mode using the Step button in the Toolbar
6. Observe the “UnitRagdoll” GameObject
Expected result: “UnitRagdoll” Character Joints remain in their correct place
Actual result: “UnitRagdoll” Character Joints distort into random positions
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0b1, 6000.0.4f1
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.31f1, 2023.3.0a19
Couldn’t test with: 2021.3.39f1 (Unfixable compiler errors)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: no other environment tested
