Changing RenderTexture size causes WrapMode reset
To reproduce:
1. Open the project in repro.zip
2. Select New Render Texture
3. Change the WrapMode to repeat.
4. Set x size from 256 to 512
Notice that the WrapMode was reset to clamp.
