Changing Render Texture Color Format to R8G8B8A8_SRGB automatically reverts to R8G8B8A8_UNORM
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. In project window hit Create -> Render Texture or Custom Render Texture
3. Change Color Format to R8G8B8A8_SRGB
4. Observe that it is automatically reverted to R8G8B8A8_UNORM without a reason why
Expected result: Changing Render Texture Color Format to R8G8B8A8_SRGB should not revert to R8G8B8A8_UNORM
