Changes made to the Prefab Variant are highlighted
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-attached project "InspectorETHDRP"
2. In the Project window, select the "PrefabVariant" Asset
3. Add any Component to the Prefab Variant in the Inspector
Expected results: The Component is not highlighted as a change and there is no plus symbol next to the Component icon
Actual results: The Component has a blue highlight and a plus symbol near the icon even though it can't be applied
Reproducible with: 2021.3.43f1, 2022.3.44f1, 6000.0.18f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Resolution Note:
When selecting a Prefab Variant Asset we show overrides so users can revert them if needed. We do not support applying from baked Prefab Asset so therefore apply options are greyed out.
This bug report states in the expected section that the overrides should not be shown, which is incorrect.
