Changes in the Rect Transform of an Instantiated Prefab are reset when reopening the Scene
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the '1377237-sample' project
2. Go to the Menu item 'BugReproduction -> testInstantiatePrefab'
3. Open the testScene and observe the position in the Rect Transform Component of the testPrefab
4. Double-click on the testScene in the Project window to reopen it
5. Observe the position of the testPrefab
Expected result: position doesn't change after reopening the Scene
Actual result: Pos X and Pos Y are reset to 1
Reproducible with: 2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.24f1, 2021.1.23f1, 2021.2.5f1, 2022.1.0b1

Resolution Note:
