Changes done to the Spline Container knots are visible in the scene view when the Prefab overrides are reverted
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “PROJECTFILE” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” scene
3. Select the “Spline Path” GameObject Prefab in the Hierarchy window
4. In the Inspector window Spline Container component, click the dropdown arrow next to Spline 0
5. Click the “+” button below the knot list to add a new knot
6. Select the Spline tool from the Scene view Tools overlay
7. In the Scene view, select and move the position of any “Spline Path” GameObject Spline knot
8. Click on the Overrides dropdown in the Inspector window
9. Click the Revert All button to revert the changes
10. Observe the Scene view
Expected result: The changes are not visible in the Scene view
Actual result: The changes are still visible in the Scene view

2.4.0, 2.5.1 (2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.17f1, 2023.2.5f1, 2023.3.0b1)
Not reproducible with: 2.2.1 (2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.17f1, 2023.2.5f1, 2023.3.0b1)
Reproducible on: macOS Sonoma 14.2 (M1 Max)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: The changes are removed from the Spline Container component but are still visible in the Scene view
