Certain player settings missing from Windows, Linux and macOS player settings
Reproduction:
1. Open or create any project;
2. Open player settings for Windows, macOS and Linux;
3. Navigate to the splash screen section;
4. Notice non-VR splash screen settings are missing.
It is unclear what other settings might be missing, but this is likely not the only setting affected.
