[Linux] Asset Store "Open in Unity" link does not work
Reproduction steps:
1. Open up Unity Editor
2. Open up Asset store in your browser
3. Find any Asset
4. Press "Open in Unity"
Expected result: In Unity Editor Package Manager opens up to the "My Assets" tab and your asset is highlighted by a selection
Actual result: Nothing happens
Reproducible with: 2021.2.2f1, 2022.1.0a15
CentOS not supported on: 2020.3 and lower
