Cascaded shadows start flickering when the objects are a long distance away from the center coordinates
To reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Play the scene
3. Move the Scene view and observe the shadows
Expected result: Only when the Cascaded Shadows are on, the shadow flickering occurs
Actual result: Whether the Cascaded Shadows are on or off, the shadows don't flicker
Reproduced with: 2017.4.9f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.5f1, 2018.3.0a9
Notes:
- The flickering gets lower the closer objects get to the center coordinates
- The issue also happens in the Standalone Player.
