Canvas, disabled on start, gets blurry when streched
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open attached project "townsendLandon_BallWithHands_Unity5.zip"
2. Open scene "grasslands_03"
3. Make sure Maximize on Play is on
4. Play scene
5. Press Escape button on keyboard
Actual result: Notice that UI is blurry
Expected result: UI is not blurred

Note UI doesn't get blurred when the game is not maximized on play
Tested and reproduced on:
Windows 10
Unity 5.3.4f1, 5.4.0b11
Was unable to test prior 5.3 due to multi scene editing, and was unable to strip project successfully

The same happens for me. I .enable=false the canvas object in start(), and when I do enable it later, it is completely blurry. As I click on certain items, they actually update and become crisp again.
