[Canvas]Child game objects of nested canvas are not visible
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project.
2. Open and play "Assets > CodeStage > AdvancedFPSCounter > Examples > ExampleScene" scene.
3. Expand "World Space Example > Advanced Fps Counter > CountersCanvas" game object in the hierarchy.
Actual result: "UpperLeft" and "LowerLeft" game objects are not rendered when they are in the nested canvas(PIC and GIF attached).
Expected result: both objects are rendered.
