Canvas becomes unresponsive when built on WebGL
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open and run the user-supplied project.
2. Press "Open" -> Icon in the top right of the newly appeared window.
3. Press "Test window".
Expected: test window appears
Actual: test window does not appear
Reproduced in: 2018.4.16f1, 2020.1.0a23
Not reproduced in: 2019.2.21f1 ( Build crashes after pressing the Icon ), 2019.3.1f1 ( Build crashes after pressing the Icon )
